Abstract :
ABSTRACT This research is about dual role conflict on student achievement. Dual role conflict is a conflict experienced by students (i) in carrying out two roles at once. in this study, namely the role of students with demands to attend lectures on campus and do the assignments given by the lecturer at the same time while he takes care of his work as a part-time worker. Based on the results of the research and discussion in the previous chapter, the researchers found several conclusions, namely Multiple Role Conflict (X) had a significant effect on student achievement at Muhammadiyah University of Palopo. The results of this study showed that the variable (X) had an effect on student achievement (Y). Keywords: Multiple Role Conflict, Student Achievement
