Abstract :
ABSTRACK The goal of this study is to see if digital media literacy training improves employee performance at PT Media Grup Palopo Pos. Employees of PT Media Grup Palopo Pos made up the study's demographic and sample. While saturated sampling was utilized in the sampling, a questionnaire was employed to collect data, and data was analyzed using simple linear regression analysis, which was tested using Statistical Packages For Social Science (SPSS). The findings of this study show that the digital media literacy training variable has a significant impact on employee performance and is positively connected, implying that the more digital media literacy training employees receive, the better their performance.
