Abstract :
This reserch was coundoucted to find out the of job satisfaction, work discipline and work srtess on the perfomance of employees at pt.kumala cemerlang abadi the analysis technique used in this stady is multiple linear regression analysis.the results of the stady show that partially job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on emloyee performance at pt. kumala cemerlang abadi palopo, work discipline has a positive and signivicant affect on enployee formance at pt. kumala cemerlang abadi. and the variable work srress does not affect the perfomance of employees of pt. kumala cemerlang abadi. simultaneously all varuables have a significant essect on the pervomance of employees of pt. kumala cemerlang abadi
