IMPLEMENTATION OF VILLAGE GOVERNMENT POLICIES IN VILLAGE ROAD CONSTRUCTION

Abstract :
ABSTRACTION It is hoped that Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages can bring a new paradigm in development, be able to change the perspective of development, that economic prosperity and prosperity are not always in cities or urban areas, but in development that is equitable to all levels of society starting from village administration. IMPLEMENTATION OF INNER VILLAGE GOVERNMENT POLICY VILLAGE ROAD CONSTRUCTION (Study in Rejoslamet Village, Mojowarno District, Jombang Regency) This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The researcher used a purposive sampling technique with the informants Head of Rejoslamet Village, Sekdes Rejoslamet, Head of Planning, Head of Hamlet and two people from Rejoslamet Village. The results of this study indicate that government management in village development in Rejoslamet Village, seen from the planning, is correct, but technically the implementation has not been effective because of the lack of and lack of understanding of socialization to those who have authority, in this case, the Rejoslamet Village Community, regarding technical village development, in policy village development is still ineffective, this greatly affects the humanresources of the government apparatus that are not in accordance with the competence they have, because the current supervision is very strict both in the budget and in development work, this can be seen as a follow-up to the results of inspection inspections that have been carried out both internally as well as externally so that the results of village development can be felt by all levels of society.
