Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of religious habituation on learning behavior, learning achievement, and morals of 8th grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Sawahan, academic year 2022/2023. The population of this study was 190 students at SMP Negeri 1 Sawahan, Nganjuk Regency. Sampling was carried out using the Slovin formula and purposive sampling, consisting of grades 8 A to 8 F where 16 students were taken from each class so that a total sample of 96 students was obtained. To obtain data regarding religious habituation, learning behavior, and morals, a questionnaire compiled by the researcher himself was used. Meanwhile, student achievement data was obtained from data on student daily scores and original PAS (End of Semester Assessment) scores in odd semesters. To achieve this goal, data were analyzed by simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that 1) Religious habit has a fairly high influence of 23.5% on the learning behavior of grade 8 students at SMP Negeri 1 Sawahan with a correlation coefficient of 0.493 and a coefficient of determination of 0.235. 2) Religious habit has a low effect of 9.6% on student achievement in grade 8 at SMP Negeri 1 Sawahan with a correlation coefficient of 0.326 and a coefficient of determination of 0.096. 3) Religious habit has a high influence of 35.5% on the morals of grade 8 students at SMP Negeri 1 Sawahan with a correlation coefficient of 0.602 and a coefficient of determination of 0.355.
