Abstract :
This study aims to analyze the effect of financial ratios partially and simultaneously affect the capital structure. This type of research is quantitative which is used to examine predetermined populations and samples. In this study, the sampling used purposive sampling technique, namely based on predetermined criteria as many as 20 food and beverages companies on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2019-2022 period. The data analysis method was carried out using panel data regression analysis with Eviews12. The regression model used is the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) using the classical assumption test, T test, F test, and determination coefficient test. From the result of this test, it can be concluded that Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have no significant effect on stock returns. Return On Assets (ROA) has a significant effect on stock returns. Simultaneous test result shows that Current Ratio (CR), Return On Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have significant effect on stock returns.
