Abstract :
MUKMIN DUNGGIO. Priority Determination Study Handling of intercity roads in the province of Gorontalo Base Analysis Hierarchy Process, (guided by Lawalenna Samang and Rudy Djamaluddin). One important issue is the Gorontalo area of development problems of transportation issues, particularly the handling of intercity roads in the province of Gorontalo. Intercity roads are generally shaped ribbon (ribbon), a good network of roads across the west, across central and southern cross. It is seen clearly as roads including the road connecting the province of Gorontalo and North Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi Province. Various attempts were made to encourage the current government handling of intercity road network in the province of Gorontalo has not been optimal. This is because many roads that need to be addressed while the funds available are very limited. Therefore, the need to set priorities for the allocation of road handling and use of limited funds to be effective for the construction and development of Gorontalo region. In relation to the above, this thesis research aims to determine the priority handling of intercity roads in the province of Gorontalo. The study was conducted with AHP method (Analitycal Hierarchy Process) with the general form of Benefit-Cost Ratio Analysis. Based on the results of this study by using the AHP method, the obtained ranking priority handling of intercity roads in the province of Gorontalo in sequence as follows, First Priority is Lemito-Molosifat Roads, Second Priority is Bulontio-tolinggula Roads, Roads Priority Three is Taludaa-Gorontalo , Fourth Priority is Isimu-Molingkapoto Roads, Roads Priority Five is Tangkobu-Pentadu, Sixth Priority is Duhiyadaa-Imbodu Roads, Roads Priority is Kwandang Seventh-Molingkapoto, Eighth Priority is Marisa-Lemito Roads, Toll Priority is the Ninth Suwawa road-Tulabolo, Tenth Priority is Atinggola-Kwandang Roads.
