Abstract :
Pengaruh Kompensasi Finansial Dan Nonfinasial Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) Wilayah Sulselrabar Sektor Bakaru The Influence of financial and nonfinancial compensation to performance employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Sulselrabar Sector Bakaru Area Suryanti Aswar Mure Pana Haliah M. Achyar Ibrahim Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi finansial dan nonfinansial terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) Wilayah Sulselrabar Sektor Bakaru, pengaruh kompensasi finansial dan nonfinansial secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) Wilayah Sulselrabar Sektor Bakaru dan ada tidaknya perbedaan kinerja antara karyawan tetap dan karyawan kontrak PT. PLN (Persero) Wilayah Sulselrabar Sektor Bakaru. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari kuesioner dan wawancara langsung. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan analsis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi finansial dan nonfinansial memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kompensasi finansial dan nonfinansial secara simultan memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan uji perbedaan rata-rata adalah tidak terdapat perbedaan kinerja antara karyawan tetap dan karyawan kontrak PT. PLN (Persero) Wilayah Sulselrabar Sektor Bakaru. Kata kunci: Kompensasi finansial, kompensasi nonfinansial, kinerja karyawan, karyawan tetap, karyawan kontrak. This research aims to analyzed the influence of financial and nonfinancial compensation to performance employees of PT. The data of this research were obtained from questionnaires and interviews. The result of this research is using multiple linear regression analysis show that financial and nonfinancial compensation give a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees, financial and nonfinancial compensation simultaneously give positive dan significant effect on the performance of employees, while the results of research using the average difference test is there is no difference performance between regular employees and contract employees of PT.
