ABSTRACT AHTOil YAHYA .An Anatysis on the Corrclation Between feaderslrip ttyte in Decision Maffing and Employees' Working Satisfaction in At Medika Hospital, Palory {supervtsed by Indar andidin} The aim of the research is to anallze the conefation between leadership s-tyle in decision making and ernBfpyegg'wgrking satisfaetisn in medigat guppgrt, heafth care, and management units in At Medika Hospital, Palopo in 24fi. The research was an analytic observational study with cross sectional study design. The samples were taken from each unit consisting of 60 people. The data were ana[zed by using chi square test at s < i%o and continued by logistic regr?ssion anafyeis. The results of the research indicate that ({) in medical support unit, there is a conelation between leadership style of instruction (p=0.0.026) and partieiBation (p=0.o07) and emBloy?e$'. working satisfrctio!, but thefe is no conelation bebueen leadershlp style of consultation (p=0.52) and delegatlon (p=0.e00) and employees'working satisfac{ion, (2) in health care unit, there is no corelation between leaderchip style of instructton (p=0.704)n consutation (p=0.57), participation (p=0.180), and delegation (p=0.120) and employees' working satisfaction, (3) in management unit, there is a conelation between leadership *tyle sJ instruetion (p=0,0?S) and empleyee$'werking satisfaetisn' but there is no mnelation between leadership style of consultiation (p=0.092), particpation (p=0.077), and delegation (p=0.773) and employees' working satisfactio
