Abstract :
The objective of this research is to evaluate the planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising principals in improving the performance of a computer lab manager at public Senior High School 1 Putri Hijau North Bengkulu. The subject of research use evaluation study. The collected data was through: interviews, observation and documentation. Evaluative research method, the research subjects the principal, vice affairs curriculum, facilities affairs representative, head of the laboratory, the teacher and students. Evaluative descriptive data analysis techniques through comparison percentage. Conclusion The results of the research function of the principal managers improve the performance of computer labs in SMA 1 Putri Hijau, North Bengkulu not meet standards.
