Abstract :
Perusahan kemasan merupakan salah satu industri makanan yang berada di Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur. Target dari perusahaan ini adalah pasar lokal hingga internasional. Produk yang telah dikenal banyak masyarakat lokal hingga luar negeri, membuat perusahaan ini memiliki banyak cabang. Salah satunya cabang khusus pembuatan kemasan. Sistem perusahaan memberikan sejumlah informasi terkait dengan data internal karakteristik permintaan, produk dan proses dan eksternal produksi perusahaan. Gambaran situasi dan permasalah dalam perencanaan produksi yang dihadapi perusahaan menjadi masukan untuk manajemen perencanaan produksi untuk melakukan aktivitas perencanaan dan penjadwalan produksi. Proses ini diawali dari membuat perbaikan alur proses produksi berdasarkan analisa lead time. Hal ini bisa mereduksi lead time yang awalnya 6 hari menjadi 4 hari. Hal yang dilakukan adalah menyediakan material sebelum proses produksi dengan bon material H-1 proses. Dengan ini, pada saat proses bon material, mesin tetap bisa berjalan karena sudah ada WIP material. Dapat disimpulkan hasil proses pembuatan produk berlangsung dengan acuan total kiriman sesuai inventory gudang. Hal ini juga bisa mengurangi lead time 1 hari. The packaging company is one of the food industries located in Sidoarjo Regency, East Java. The target of this company is local to international market. Products that are known by many local people to foreign countries, make this company have many branches. One of them is a special branch of packaging manufacturing. The company's system provides a number of information related to internal data on demand characteristics, products and processes and external production of the company. The description of the situation and problems in production planning faced by the company becomes input for production planning management to carry out production planning and scheduling activities. This process begins with making improvements to the production process flow based on lead time analysis. This can reduce the lead time from 6 days to 4 days. The thing to do is to provide material before the production process with the process H-1 material bill. With this, during the bill material process, the machine can still run because there is already a material WIP. It can be concluded that the results of the product manufacturing process take place with reference to the total shipment according to the warehouse inventory. This can also reduce the lead time of 1 day.
