Abstract :
Kata kunci : Stunting, Nusa Tenggara Timur, Tahun 2021, GWR Developmental delay or commonly known as stunting is a condition in which young children under the age of five fail to develop, ranging from fetuses to children aged 23 months due to chronic malnutrition and repeated infections, especially in the thousand days of life (HPK). East Nusa Tenggara Province (NTT) is one of the provinces in Indonesia with the highest stunting prevalence, which in 2021 increased drastically compared to 2020. Therefore, a model using statistical methods is needed to determine the factors that influence the increase in stunting in NTT in 2021. One statistical method that can be used to detect the presence of these factors is the Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR) method. The results of this study show that the factors that have a significant influence on stunting prevalence the most are the percentage of poor people and the percentage of children under five who have received complete basic immunization, which affects 14 districts / cities. The factor that least affects the prevalence of stunting is the average factor of protein consumption, which only affects 2 districts / cities. The modeling using the GWR method obtained an R^2 value of 95.19% greater than the OLS model of 53.1% and AIC of the GWR model of 99.79% smaller than the OLS model.
