Abstract :
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, leverage, dan likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan batu bara yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia pada periode 2019- 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda yang terdiri dari statistik deskripstif, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis dengan bantuan software IBM SPSS Statistics 26. Populasi yang digunakan terdiri dari 31 perusahaan batu bara dengan teknik purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 11 perusahaan sebagai sampel. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas dan leverage yang berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan likuiditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kemudian secara simultan profitabilitas, likuiditas, dan leverage berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata kunci : profitabilitas, likuiditas, leverage, nilai perusahaan ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, leverage, and liquidity on the value of coal companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2019-2021. This study uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis consisting of descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 26 software. The population used 31 coal companies with purposive sampling technique in order to obtain 11 companies as samples. The results of this study indicate that only profitability and leverage has an effect on firm value, while liquidity have no effect on firm value. Then simultaneously profitability, liquidity, and leverage affect the firm value. Keywords : profitability, liquidity, leverage, and firm value.
