Abstract :
ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis persainagn pemasaran home industry pot bunga Desa Kemangsen pasca Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 3 perusahaan home industry pot bunga yang berada di Desa Kemangsen. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yakni teknik wawancara secara langsung, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa persaingan pemasaran dalam home industry pot bunga terdapat perbedaan dari setiap home industry, mulai dari persaingan strategi pemasaran, promosi dan posisi yang berdampak pada hasil penjualan masing-masing home industry. Kata Kunci: home industry, pot bunga dan persaingan pemasaran ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to analyze the marketing competition of the flower pots home industry in Kemangsen Village after Covid-19. This study used 3 samples of flower pots home industry companies in Kemangsen Village. Data collection techniques used were direct interview, observation and documentation. The results of this study found that marketing competition in the 3 flower pots home industry were different from each other, started from competition in marketing strategies, promotions and positions that made an impact on sales results of each home industry.
