Abstract :
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan berdasarkan permaslahan yang muncul pada pesserta didik SMKN 1 Jatirejo, Mojokerto. Permasalahan yang muncul yaitu perilaku school refusal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji keefektifan pendekatan cognitive behavior therapy untuk perilaku school refusal pada peserta didik, dengan teknik self-management. Rancangan pada penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian single subject design (SSD). Penelitian ini memiliki sampel 1 subjek penelitian yang terkategori tinggi tingkat perilaku school refusalnya. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi dan skala pengukuran school refusal. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis dalam kondisi, dan analisis antar kondisi. Pada hasil analisis dalam kondisi dan analisis antar kondisi juga menunjukkan hasil negatif atau menurun, dimana pada nilai akhir overlap pada analisis antar kondisi sebesar -0,95% yang menunjukkan nilai semakin kecil semakin baik, dan juga diperkuat dengan hasil post-test diakhir baseline-2 (A?) dengan mendapatkan skor 51 dikategorikan rendah, setelah diberikan konseling individu dengan pendekaatan cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) teknik self management. This research was carried out based on the problems that arose among the students of SMKN 1 Jatirejo, Mojokerto. The problem that arises is school refusal behavior. The purpose of this study was to test the effectiveness of the cognitive behavior therapy approach for school refusal behavior in students, using self?management techniques. The research design uses a quantitative approach with a single subject design (SSD) research type. This study has a sample of 1 research subject who is categorized as having a high level of school refusal behavior. The data collection method used is observation and school refusal measurement scale. The data analysis technique used is analysis within conditions, and analysis between conditions. The results of the analysis under conditions and analysis between conditions also show negative or decreasing results, where the final value overlaps in the analysis between conditions of -0.95% which shows the smaller the better, and also reinforced by the results of the post-test at the end of the baseline- 2 (A') with a score of 51 is categorized as low, after being given individual counseling with a cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) self-management technique.
