Abstract :
The current situation in schools in learning, especially Natural Sciences (IPA), often teachers only
provide explanations using the lecture method. Thus, understanding is obtained only for students who have the
ability to learn quickly. So, students who are slow to learn will be left behind. The role of the teacher here is not
only limited to teaching students but also educating students. This research is a quantitative study with a
Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population used in this study was class V at SDN Keboan Anom
Sidoarjo, with class V-B as the experimental class and class V-A as the control class. The independent variable
in this study is the STAD model, while the dependent variable is the science learning outcome. The sampling
technique used was Cluster Sampling. The instrument used in this study was the test sheet. The technique of
collecting data used a test of learning outcomes obtained through posttest. The data analysis technique used is
the t test with the terms of the normality test and the homogeneity test. The results showed the influence of The
Influence of the Model (STAD) Assisted by Human Respiratory Practicum on the Learning Outcomes of Class V
SDN Keboan Anom Sidoarjo. This can be seen from the mean score of the experimental class which is
significantly better than the control class.
