Abstract :
This research is motivated by low learning outcomes, the activity shown by students in learning is also still low. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to apply the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) learning model which is the simplest type of cooperative learning. This study aims to determine the description of students' science learning outcomes in elementary schools using the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) learning model. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR). A literature review study is a method used to collect data or related sources on a particular topic that can be obtained from various sources such as journals, books, the internet, and other libraries. The data sources used in this study are research journals or scientific articles related to science learning outcomes with the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) model. The results of the analysis of eleven scientific articles show that the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) model is very effective for science learning outcomes for elementary school students. In the study materials, the average research subjects were high school students (grades IV and V) and lower grades (grade II). There is an effective influence and there is a significant difference in learning outcomes of students who take part in learning using the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) learning model, namely by showing that the average science learning outcome is higher from cycle I to cycle II. This is evidenced by the results of previous reference studies. Indicators of learning outcomes in the cognitive and affective domains are achieved in the application of the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) learning model.
