Abstract :
This research is motivated by reforms in the field of human resource systems. Human resources are needed in an organization and must develop every year. This study aims to analyze strategy development, analyze human resource development needs, and analyze human resource development in Regional Unit 1 Jasa Tirta IH Public Company Bekasi City. This research method is a qualitative method, namely by conducting studies and studies of every data, information and facts in the field. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, in-depth interviews and literature studies. This research applies Purposive Sampling, a data analysis technique. This company's human resource development strategy is based on the company's vision, mission and long-term plan (RJPP) 2020-2024. Development based on analysis. The development of human resources is based on physical and non-physical aspects. Physical aspects based on infrastructure and health services. Non-physical aspects based on education and training. Regional Unit 1 Jasa Tirta II Public Company, Bekasi City only runs the Referral program from the Jatiluhur (central) Jasa Tirta II Public Company.
