Abstract :
This research was conducted to describe the relationship between proactive personality, psychological empowerment and innovative work behavior at PT. Arabian MitraAbadi, Bekasi.
This study uses a quantitative approach by using correlation-quantitativeresearch. The subjects in this study were 56 department employees at PT. Arabian Mitra Abadi,Bekasi.
This study uses a proactive personality scale with Cronbach's Alpha reliability valueof 0.884, psychological empowerment scale with Cronbach's Alpha reliability value of 0.867 and innovative work behavior scale with Cronbach's Alpha reliability value of 0.940. Data
analysis used descriptive techniques, testing assumptions, namely normality test with linearity test, and hypothesis testing, namely Rank Spearman correlation test and multiple linear regression test.
Through the Spearman Rank analysis technique, it is known that there is a significant positive relationship between proactive personality and innovative work behavior (r = 0.624,= 0.000, two tailed), there is a significant positive relationship between psychological empowerment and innovative work behavior (r = 0.839, = 0.000, two tailed) and through Multiple Linear Regression analysis technique, it was found that proactive personality with
psychological empowerment was able to contribute to innovative work behavior (Sig. F =0.000b, R Square = 0.714).
