Abstract :
This study aims to determine the description and influence of cohesiveness and psychological
contract on Organization Citizenship Behavior. This research was conducted on production and
warehouse employees at PT. X with 93 employees. This research design uses quantitative research
methods and correlational research designs. Collecting data using a Likert scale. Based on the
results of the study, it showed that the cohesiveness of the employees was at 48.4% or included in
the low category, while the psychological contract of the employees was at 64.5% or was in the
medium category, and in Organization Citizenship Behavior the employees were in the middle
category. at 73.1% or into the medium category. The results of the Spearman Rank correlation on
the cohesiveness variable with Organization Citizenship Behavior resulted in a p value of 0.000
which was declared significant. The results of the Spearman correlation on the psychological
contract variable on Organization Citizenship Behavior resulted in a p value of 0.000 which was
declared significant, meaning that both variables had a significant influence. The results of the
multiple linear regression test of cohesiveness and psychological contract on Organization
Citizenship Behavior show the results of p = 0.000 (p <005), meaning that psychological
cohesiveness and contract have an influence on Organization Citizenship Behavior.
