Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of perceived organizational support and psychological capital on the psychological ownership. This study uses a quatitative method with a correlational design and this study uses a population study where the researcher uses all the existing population, namely 65 employees at PT Ivonesia Solusi Data. The data collection method uses a questionnaire, the research instrument used is the psychological scale of perceived organizational support, psychological capital and psychological ownership using a modified Likert scale.The results of the spearman rank correlation found that perceived organizational support and psychological capital had a significant relationship with psychological ownership. This study also found that perceptions of organizational support and psychological capital simultaneously have an influence on psychological ownership of employees of PT Ivonesia Solusi Data. The results of the multiple linear regression test obtained a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.509 or 50.9%, meaning that the perceived organizational support and psychological capital variables contributed to the psychological ownership of 50.9% while 49.1% was influenced by other variables not examined in this research.
