Alya Dhita Nurul Fadilah 41183527190001, Work goal at PT. Karya Perdana Transporatama Bekasi, Diploma in Administrative Management Program (Three), Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Islamic University ?45? Bekasi.
This study aims to analyze the job satisfaction of employees of PT. Karya Perdana Transporatama Bekasi which is the subject of the study. The research used an approach approach with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires, interviews, and direct observation. Job satisfaction indicators analyzed in this study are salary and benefits, work environment, co-worker relations, supervision, facilities and infrastructure and self-development. The results of this survey provide an indicator of job satisfaction at PT Karya Perdana Transporatama Bekasi is high, with conditional infrastructure due to salary satisfaction and profit indicators received, employee promotion systems, a comfortable working environment, and relationships with colleagues, managers, or supervisors who brief according to rules. So, as to minimize errors that occur in the structure, a workplace that supports the completion of tasks or jobs and opportunities for the personal growth of each employees.
