This study aims to determine all aspects and administrative activities of Pos
Express corporate mail services in the courier (postal) business sector for the
community at PT. Pos Indonesia Bekasi 17000.
The research method used in the completion of this final task isa qualitative
descriptive study method of the type of research that attempts to describe specific
circumstances or social phenomena that expresent, interpret, and analyze the data.
The source of the data in this study comes from a source or an informant. Events,
activities, data, and archive documents. The data-gathering techniques in these
observations use interview techniques, observation, reviewing documents and
archives. The data analysis is by using interactive techniques, through three stages
of reposing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions.
Corporate Letter Postal Service Administration is very important and must
be done properly so that in its implementation it can run optimally. The process of
implementing the administration of corporate mail postal services in the postal
express section includes: Collecting is the process of collecting incoming letters
from companies that enter into cooperation contracts, Processing is the process of
processing letters from weighing letters to sorting, Transporting is the process of
distributing letters that have been processed and sorted to the equipment
destination based on the destination city, Delivering is the process of sending letters
to customers according to the intended address, Reporting is the process of
reporting the status of shipments of shipments, both failed delivery and delivery.
