Abstract :
This study aims to see the description of the application of the Rotating Trio Exchange strategy in improving
students' mathematics learning outcomes in elementary schools. This is motivated by the low mathematical
results of students, students feel bored and afraid in participating in mathematics lessons, and many teachers
still apply conventional learning. Of the many solutions applied in previous research, one of them is
implementing the Rotating Trio Exchange strategy. The research method used in this study is Systematic
Literature Review, this research was conducted by systematically assessing and identifying journals. The data
used in this study are journals that have inclusion criteria, namely: journals discussing the Rotating Trio
Exchange strategy and mathematics learning outcomes, journals for the last 10 years (2012-2022), elementary
school students, and Indonesian language journals. Based on the inclusion criteria, 9 journals were obtained, 3
journals used the quasi-experimental method and 6 other journals used the PTK method, journals with low-class
research subjects, namely 2 journals and 7 other journals, were high-class, while the results of the students'
average score reached 65.676. cycle II the overall average value increased to 81,684. So that there is an increase
in the difference between the first cycle and the second cycle as a whole reaching 16.008. So that the Rotating
Trio Exchange strategy can improve mathematics learning outcomes in elementary schools.
