Abstract :
ABSTRAK Tujuan utama dari pembuatan mesin pemotong daging ini adalah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan mesin pemotong para pedagang daging di pinggir jalan dan di supermarket. Dengan mesin ini diharapkan dapat membantu dalam proses pemotongan daging sehingga dapat mempercepat prsoses pemotongan. Mesin pemotong daging terdiri dari beberapa komponen utama yaitu sistem penggerak motor listrik, sistem pemotong, meja landasan, dan rangka mesin. Dengan komponen-komponen diatas, mesin ini diharapkan mampu bekerja dengan baik. Oleh karena itu dibuat suatu Mesin pemotong daging yang lebih efisien agar dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan K3. Dari hasil perhitungan dan observasi, dibutuhkan putaran 700 rpm dan motor AC 1 fasa, menggunakan Circular Saw diameter 10 inchi dengan total mata 150, mengunakan puli dengan diameter 76,2 mm dan 152,4 mm dengan House Power sebesar 1.5 HP. Kata kunci : Pemotong, Daging, Produktivitas ABSTRACK The main purpose of the manufacture of this meat cutting machine is to meet the needs of meat traders on the roadside and in supermarkets. With this machine, it is hoped that it can help in the process of cutting meat so that it can speed up the cutting process. The meat cutting machine consists of several main components, namely the electric motor drive system, the cutting system, the anvil table, and the engine frame. With the above components, this machine is expected to work well. Therefore, a more efficient meat cutting machine was made in order to increase productivity and K3. From the results of calculations and observations, it takes a rotation of 700 rpm and a single phase AC motor, using a Circular Saw with a diameter of 10 inches with a total eye of 150, using pulleys with a diameter of 76.2 mm and 152.4 mm with a House Power of 1.5 HP.
