STRATEGI PENERAPAN ELECTRONIC TRAFFIC LAW ENFORCEMENT (ETLE) DALAM MENEKAN ANGKA KEMATIAN DAN CIDERA DALAM BERLALU LINTAS Raffi Zaqia Fahrezi Universitas Islam 45 Bekasi Raffizaqia24@gmail.com ABSTRACT In realizing one of the 3rd SDGs Goals by paying attention to the 6th point, especially the Police strategy in reducing the number of deaths globally and injuries due to traffic accidents in the application of Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement (ETLE) in the Special Capital Region of Jakarta. Based on this background, this study aims to analyze the police strategy in an effort to reduce the number of deaths and injuries due to traffic accidents, analyze the implementation of ETLE in Jakarta and analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of ETLE in reducing the number of deaths and injuries due to traffic accidents in Jakarta. The research location is in the Sub-Directorate of Gakkum Ditlantas Polda Metro Jaya. This research is descriptive qualitative with case study design. Sources of data obtained through direct observation, in-depth interviews and literature study. The data analysis technique used is data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the socialization strategy for the application of electronic ticketing has not been maximized. In its implementation, the community has felt deterred because of the amount of fines given and the community also supports the implementation of ETLE, especially in minimizing the elements who commit extortion. However, the officers in the operation of the website often experience problems/errors on the server, which makes the public feel that it takes time to manage it.
