Abstract :
The presence of the Bekasi City MPP aims to facilitate the public in facilitating the processing of documents such as electronic Identity Cards (e-KTP), Family Cards, renewal of Driver's Licenses (SIM), birth and death certificates to passport processing. However, the impact of Covid-19 paralyzed all social, economic, and government activities. Given the importance of public services, it is necessary to conduct research related to public services, while the purpose of this study is to find out the dissemination of information about the Bekasi City Public Service Mall in the Era of the Covid-19 Pandemic. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative, and the theory used is Berlo's communication model. The results of this study show that in general, the people of Bekasi City can receive the dissemination of information through social media insargram, so that the message can be conveyed thoroughly to the community. The receipt of information from the Bekasi City MPP through the dissemination of communication information is evidenced by the response from the public who come to the BTC MPP of Bekasi City mall.
