Abstract :
ABSTRACT This thesis was written by KISWATI (41182911180058), with the title MADRASAH HEAD PROGRAM FOR IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION (Descriptive Study at MI Al Chaeriyah Mustikajaya Bekasi City). Thesis, Study Program of Islamic Education, Faculty of Islamic Religion, Islamic University "45" Bekasi, 2022. This research consists of 155 pages and 11 attachments. The head of the madrasa has an important role in providing education in the madrasa and is responsible for the quality of education in the madrasa. The program in improving the quality of education is a strategic point in an effort to realize quality education.This study aims to describe how the principal's program, the supporting factors, and the contribution of the madrasah principal in improving the quality of education at MI Al Chaeriyah Mustikajaya Bekasi City. The study used in this method is qualitative and data collection techniques in this study, namely: 1) observation, 2) interviews, 3) documentation. Based on that, three formulations of the problem arise, namely: (1) How is the process and determination of the madrasah head program in improving the quality of education. (2) What are the supporting factors of the madrasah principal program in improving the quality of education (3) How big is the contribution of madrasah principals in improving the quality of education. The results of this study found that: 1) In the process and determination of the education quality improvement program implemented by the head of MI Al Chaeriyah Mustikajaya Bekasi City, it was based on the Madrasah Annual Work Program Meeting (RKTM), Committee Meeting and Madrasah Self Evaluation Preparation Meeting (EDM). 2) Supporting factors to improve the quality of education at MI Al Chaeriyah Mustikajaya Bekasi City are geographical factors and programs made by the head of the madrasa. 3) The contribution of MI Al Chaeriyah Mustikajaya in Bekasi City has been fairly good, as evidenced by the achievements and sensitivity of students to the surrounding community.
