Abstract :
Housing problems related to low-income communities (MBR) such as uninhabitable houses, inadequate subsidized sharia mortgage housing facilities and the lack of subsidized sharia mortgage programs into the hands of low-income people who are targeted by the program. This study aims to determine the level of effectiveness of the sharia subsidized mortgage program as a program to provide decent and affordable houses for MBR with a qualitative descriptive approach supported by data from interview results, and field observations, documentation, as well as data from document studies and literature reviews. The results showed that the subsidized sharia mortgage program was considered very effective in terms of the accuracy of the objectives where the subsidized sharia mortgage house had been inhabited by the original owner, but in terms of sharia mortgage facilities the subsidy was considered still ineffective in terms of poor water conditions and the ineffectiveness of the accuracy of the KPR program targets in terms of financing customers who exceeded the predetermined income limit.
