Abstract :
The purpose of previous trainer development was to: (1) Make the trainer more effective than before, (2) Remove the gear sprocket gear component, and the chain (3) Add variations of 1700, 2000, and 2500 RPM rotation using an inverter, (4) Add variations throttle body openings 0°, 15°, and 30°, (5) Knowing how much influence the throttle body opening angle has on the duration of fixed fuel consumption, (6) Knowing how much influence RPM has on the duration of fixed fuel consumption.
The development of this trainer is made through several processes, making the frame on the electric motor and making the connector between the electric motor shaft and the spool shaft. Furthermore, the testing process is carried out by (1) Testing on motorbikes to find out the results of standard data for comparison with trainers, and Testing on trainers who are checked with supervisors. In general, trainers are used as a learning tool, one of the best ways to learn to know the components, functions and wo and, rank these components. Using a trainer tool also makes it easier to observe and understand without having to use a motorcycle directly.
The test results on this trainer are: (1) At an opening angle of 0° from variations of RPM 1700,2000, and 2500 whose maximum duration is 2500 RPM, because in that process deceleration or engine brake occurs, which is where a vehicle vehicle reduces speed from high speed to low speed. (2) At an opening angle of 15° from variations of RPM 1700,2000, and 2500 the maximum duration of time is RPM 1700. And at an opening angle of 30° from varrotativeativethe on of RPM 1700,2000, and 2500 the minimum duration is RPM 2500, namely where a vehicle is running normally.
