Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Berbasis Portofolio pada mata pelajaran Kewirausahaan. Dengan diterapkannya model pembelajaran Berbasis Portofolio ini, diharapkan dapat membantu proses pemahaman siswa dalam proses kegiatan belajar sehingga secara otomatis memberi pengaruh pada hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan selama 3 bulan, dimulai pada bulan November 2013 sampai dengan bulan Januari 2014, dengan melalui 2 siklus. Subjek penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah siswa kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran 2 di SMK Kawula Indonesia Jakarta Timur pada mata pelajaran kewirausahaan. Dalam pelaksanaannya, penelitian ini dilakukan secara berulang dengan mengikuti tahapan siklus yang telah ditetapkan sehingga tercapainya tujuan dari model pembelajaran Berbasis Portofolio, indikator dari hasil belajar siswa dapat dilihat dari peningkatan hasil belajar yang diperoleh siswa setelah mengalami proses kegiatan belajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Berbasis Portofolio. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Berbasis Portofolio telah memberikan pengaruh yang positif terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Keberhasilan model pembelajaran Berbasis Portofolio dapat tercapai karena adanya kerjasama antar peneliti dan siswa. Berdasarkan data yang didapatkan, hasil perolehan rata-rata kelas pada siklus pertama 69,4 sedangkan pada siklus kedua 74,5 terjadi kenaikan sebesar 6,85%. Oleh sebab itu, penerapan model pembelajaran Berbasis Portofolio diharapkan dapat diterapkan oleh para pendidik (selain pendidik mata pelajaran kewirausahaan) sebagai inovasi dalam proses pembelajaran sehingga dapat membantu proses kegiatan belajar mengajar siswa. ************************** This study aims to improve student learning outcomes through the implementation of portfolio-based learning model in Entrepreneurship subjects. With the implementation of portfolio-based learning model is expected to assist in the understanding of the students in the learning process so that it automatically gives the effect on student learning outcomes. This research was conducted by the method of action research conducted for 3 months, starting in November 2013 and ending in January 2014 , with over 2 cycles. The research subject of this class action is class X 2 Office Administration in East Jakarta Indonesia vocational subjects on the subjects of entrepreneurship. In practice, this study conducted repeatedly by following predetermined stages of the cycle so that the attainment of the objectives of portfolio-based learning model, an indicator of student learning outcomes seen improved student learning outcomes obtained after a process of learning by using a portfolio-based learning model. The results of this study show that implementation of portfolio-based learning model has a positive influence on the improvement of student learning outcomes. Portfolio-based learning model of success can be achieved due to the cooperation between researchers and students. Based on the data obtained, proceeds from the class average on the first cycle, while in the second cycle 69.4 74.5 an increase of 6.85%. Therefore, the application of portfolio-based learning model is expected to be implemented by educators (in addition to the subjects of entrepreneurship educators) as an innovation in the learning process so that it can help the learning process of students.
