Abstract :
ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis 1). Kondisi tingkat pengangguran terbuka, produk domestik regional bruto, jumlah penduduk dan investasi di Pulau Sumatera. 2) pengaruh produk domestik regional bruto, jumlah penduduk dan Investasi terhadap tingkat pengangguran terbuka di Pulau Sumatera. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis kuantitatif yaitu analisis regresi data panel . Hasil penelitian menunjukan 1). Tingkat pengangguran terbuka produk domestik regional bruto, jumlah penduduk dan investasi secara umum mengalami perkembangan yang fluktuatif. 2). Variabel produk regional domestik bruto dan jumlah penduduk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat pengangguran terbuka di Pulau Sumatera, sementara,variabel investasi bepengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap tingkat pengangguran terbuka di Pulau Sumatera 3). Secara simultan variabel produk domestik regional, jumlah penduduk dan investasi secara bersamasama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat pengangguran terbuka di Pulau Sumatera. Kata Kunci : Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka, Produk Domestik Regional Bruto, Jumlah Penduduk, Investasi. ABSTRACT Research objectives to analyze 1). The open unemployment rate, gross regional domestic product, total population and investment in general have fluctuated. 2). The regional gross domestic product and population variables have a significant effect on the open unemployment rate on the island of Sumatra, meanwhile, the investment variable has no significant effect on the open unemployment rate on the island of Sumatra 3). Simultaneously the variables of regional domestic product, total population and investment together have a significant effect on the open unemployment rate on the island of Sumatra.
