PROKRASTINASI AKADEMIK SISWA DI SMA NEGERI 1 MUARO
JAMBI PADA PEMBELAJARAN HYBRID

ABSTRAK
Latar Belakang: Pandemi Covid-19 memberikan perubahan sistem
pembelajaran. Dimana aktivitas sekolah yang mulanya dilakukan secara luring
dialihkan ke daring (hybrid) yang menyebabkan munculnya prokrastinasi
akademik. Prokrastinasi akademik ditandai dengan melakukan penundaan
terhadap tugas-tugas akademiknya.
Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan adanya hubungan antara self
regulated learning dengan prokrastinasi akademik siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Muaro
Jambi pada pembelajaran hybrid.
Metode: Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Populasi
penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI dan XII SMA Negeri 1 Muaro Jambi.
Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan total 249
siswa. Skala self regulated learning dan prokrastinasi akademik disebarkan secara
offline dan online. Teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi pearson.
Hasil: Hubungan antara self regulated learning dengan prokrastinasi akademik
siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Muaro Jambi pada pembelajaran hybrid menghasilkan
korelasi negatif signifikan dengan nilai r sebesar -0,614 dan p = 0,000 (p <0,05).
Kesimpulan dan Saran: Semakin tinggi self regulated learning maka semakin
rendah perilaku prokrastinasi akademik, begitupun sebaliknya. Diharapkan semua
pihak dapat mengatasi perilaku prokrastinasi akademik dan meningkatkan self
regulated learning pada siswa SMA Negeri 1 Muaro Jambi.

ABSTRACT
Background: The COVID-19 pandemic has transformed learning systems.
School activities that were originally held offline are altered to online (hybrid)
learning, resulting in academic procrastination. Academic procrastination is
characterized by procrastination on academic tasks.
Objectives: The objective of this study was to verify the relationship between
self-regulated learning and academic procrastination among students in SMA
Negeri 1 Muaro Jambi blended learning.
Methods: This was a quantitative correlation research. The subjects of this study
included Year 11th grade and 12th grade students at SMA Negeri 1 Muaro Jambi.
A total of 249 students were recruited using purposive sampling techniques.
Questionnaires of self-regulated learning and academic procrastination were
extended both offline and online. The data analysis technique used Pearson
correlation.
Result: The relation between self-regulated learning and academic procrastination
in hybrid learning students at SMA Negeri 1 Muaro Jambi resulted in a significant
negative correlation with a r value of -0.614 and p = 0.000 (p <0.05).
Conclusions and suggestions: Self-regulated learning is correlated with lesser
academic procrastination, and vice versa. It is hoped that all parties would be able
to overcome academic procrastination and increase self-regulated learning in
SMA Negeri 1 Muaro Jambi kids.
