Abstract :
Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan penambahan populasi ternak sapi yang berupa kelahiran antara system intensif dengan semi intensif di Desa SPR Kecamatan Pelepat Ilir Kabupaten Bungo, untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengurangan populasi ternak sapi yang berupa kematian. Penjualan, dan pemotongan antara system intensif dengan semi intensif di Kecamatan Pelepat Ilir Kabupaten Bungo, dan untuk mengetahui perbedaan dinamika populasi ternak sapi antara system intensif dengan semi intensif di Kecamatan Pelepat Iliri Kabupaten Bungo. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode survei dan pengambilan responden menggunakan metode sampling yang diambil secara purposive sebanyak enam puluh peternak. Hasil tingkat penambahan ternak sapi menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara rata-rata tingkat penambahan populasi ternak kerbau pada sistem pemeliharaan intensif dengan semi intensif, tingkat pengurangan populasi ternak sapi menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara rata-rata tingkat pengurangan populasi pada kedua sistem pemeliharaan, dan hasil dinamika populasi ternak sapi menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan signifikan antara dinamika populasi pada sistem pemeliharaan intensif dengan semi intensif.
