Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) mendeskripsikan pembiasaan dan keteladanan yang
dilakukan guru untuk mewujudkan profil pelajar pancasila pada dimensi gotong
royong di sekolah dasar. (2) mendeskripsikan hasil dari pembiasaan dan
keteladanan yang dilakukan guru dalam mewujudkan profil pelajar pancasila pada
dimensi gotong royong di sekolah dasar. (3) mendeskripsikan faktor pendukung
dan kendala dalam mewujudkan profil pelajar pancasila pada dimensi gotong
royong di sekolah dasar.
Pada penelitian, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis
penelitian yaitu fenomenologi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 198/I
Pasar Baru di Kabupaten Batanghari, Jambi. Subjek pada penelitian ini yaitu guru
dan peserta didik kelas IV. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah
wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan
yaitu melalui reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan.
Hasil penelitian (1) pembiasaan dan keteladanan dilakukan sekolah dalam
mewujudkan gotong royong yaitu melalui pembiasaan memungut sampah
sebelum bel berbunyi, piket kelas, infaq setiap hari jumat, kerja bakti setiap hari
sabtu, kerja kelompok dalam pembelajaran, P5 (projek penguatan profil pelajar
pancasila) dan keteladanan yang ditunjukkan oleh guru salah satunya guru selalu
ikut serta dalam kegiatan yang diadakan sekolah. (2) Hasil dari pembiasaan yang
telah dilakukan sekolah dan guru yaitu 38, 46% peserta didik berkembang sesuai
harapan, 46,15% peserta didik sedang berkembang dan 15,38% peserta didik
mulai berkembang. (3) Faktor pendukung dalam mewujudkan profil pelajar
pancasila pada dimensi gotong royong di SD Negeri 198/I Pasar Baru yaitu
kepribadian peserta didik yang baik, keteladanan guru dan kerjasama yang
dilakukan sekolah dengan guru melalui berbagai kegiatan yang dilaksanakan
dalam mengembangkan gotong royong pada peserta didik. Sedangkan kendalanya
yaitu kepribadian peserta didik, kurangnya pembiasaan terlaksana secara
konsisten dan sarana prasarana sekolah yang kurang mendukung.
Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian yang telah diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa
dalam mewujudkan profil pelajar Pancasila dapat dilakukan melalui berbagai
kegiatan pembiasaan dan keteladanan yang sudah direncanakan dan diupayakan
oleh sekolah dan guru. Namun, perlu perhatian dan evaluasi kembali terkait
kendala dalam mewujudkan gotong royong agar profil pelajar pancasila dapat
tercapai secara maksimal.
Abstract
This research aims to (1) describe the habits and examples carried out by teachers to realize the profile of Pancasila students in the mutual cooperation dimension in elementary schools. (2) describe the results of the habits and examples carried out by teachers in realizing the profile of Pancasila students in the mutual cooperation dimension in elementary schools. (3) describe the supporting factors and obstacles in realizing the Pancasila student profile in the mutual cooperation dimension in elementary schools. In the research, the researcher used a qualitative approach with the type of research, namely phenomenology. This research was carried out at SD Negeri 198/I Pasar Baru in Batanghari Regency, Jambi. The subjects in this research were teachers and class IV students. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research (1) are habits and examples carried out by schools in realizing mutual cooperation, namely through the habit of picking up rubbish before the bell rings, class pickets, infaq every Friday, community service every Saturday, group work in learning, P5 (project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students) and the example shown by the teacher, one of which is that the teacher always participates in activities held by the school. (2) The results of the habituation that has been carried out by schools and teachers are 38.46% of students developing according to expectations, 46.15% of students are developing and 15.38% of students are starting to develop. (3) Supporting factors in realizing the Pancasila student profile in the gotong royong dimension at SD Negeri 198/I Pasar Baru, namely the good personality of the students, the example of teachers and the cooperation between the school and teachers through various activities carried out in developing mutual cooperation among students. . Meanwhile, the obstacles are the personality of the students, the lack of consistent implementation of the habit and the lack of supportive school infrastructure. Based on the research results that have been obtained, it can be concluded that realizing the Pancasila student profile can be done through various habituation and exemplary activities that have been planned and pursued by schools and teachers.
