Abstract :
Kepemimpinan Polisi, Keadilan Organisasi, Komitmen Organisasi dan
Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Polisi Polda Jambi.
ABSTRAK
Disertasi ini menguji pengaruh antara kepemimpinan polisi terhadap
kinerja polisi dengan menggunakan keadilan organisasi, komitmen organisasi dan
motivasi sebagai variabel mediasi di Polda Provinsi Jambi. Metode penelitian yang
digunakan adalah metode survei dengan kuisioner yang diberikan kepada 136
pimpinan polisi. Analisis data menggunakan Sem berbasis Variance (PLS). Hasil
penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kinerja polisi dapat terjadi dengan
penerapan kepemimpinan polisi, dengan membangun keadilan organisasi,
komitmen organisasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja polisi. Studi ini berhasil
menemukan efek mediasi dari keadilan organisasi, komitmen organisasi, motivasi
antara kepemimpinan polisi terhadap kinerja polisi. Polda Jambi menjadi ujung
tombak bagi keamanan daerah dan masyarakat, oleh karena itu dibutuhkan gaya
kepemimpinan polisi yang sentris memiliki karakteristik atribut, kompetensi,
kemampua, sifat, tindakan atau perilaku yang mendorong pengikut dalam
meningkatkan keamanan melalui penggunaan otoritas yang sah dalam pencapaian
hasil organisasi. Begitu juga dengan keadilan organisasi, komitmen organisasi dan
motivasi berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja polisi karena merupakan ujung
tombak dalam pelaksanaan sehari-hari.

ABSTRACT
This dissertation examines the influence of police leadership on police
performance, utilizing organizational justice, organizational commitment, and
motivation as mediating variables within the Provincial Police Department of
Jambi. The research methodology employed a survey method with questionnaires
distributed to 136 police leaders. Data analysis was conducted using Structural
Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The research
findings indicate that an improvement in police performance can be achieved
through the application of police leadership, characterized by the establishment of
organizational justice, organizational commitment, and motivation towards police
performance. This study successfully identifies the mediating effects of
organizational justice, organizational commitment, and motivation in the
relationship between police leadership and police performance. The Provincial
Police Department of Jambi plays a crucial role in the security of the region and
its inhabitants. Therefore, it requires police leadership that is centered around
attributes, competencies, abilities, qualities, actions, or behaviors that encourage
followers to enhance security through the legitimate use of authority in achieving
organizational objectives. Similarly, organizational justice, organizational
commitment, and motivation have an impact on improving police performance, as
they are pivotal in daily operations.
