Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mendeskripsikan gambaran usahatani cabai merah periode puncak inflasi di Kabupaten Muaro Jambi (2) Menganalisis pendapatan usahatani cabai merah sebelum, selama dan setelah puncak inflasi di Kabupaten Muaro Jambi (3) Menganalisis perbedaan pendapatan usahatani cabai merah sebelum , selama dan setelah puncak inflasi di Kabupaten Muaro Jambi. Menggunakan data primer cross section dan data sekunder dari bulan Januari 2022 - November 2022. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif yakni analisis biaya usahatani, analisis penerimaan, analisis pendapatan dan dilakukan uji beda (t-test). (1) Usahatani cabai merah memiliki luas lahan 0,25 - 1,2 Ha, Kegiatan usahatani daerah penelitian dimulai dari proses pengolahan lahan, persiapan benih, penanaman, pemupukan, penyiangan, pengendalian hama, pemanenan dan pasca panen. (2) Rata-rata pendapatan usahatani cabai merah sebelum puncak inflasi sebesar Rp. 34.643.008 per Ha/MT, selama puncak inflasi sebesar Rp. 94.826.317 per Ha/MT, dan setelah puncak inflasi sebesar Rp. 28.780.596 per Ha/MT. (3) Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara rata-rata pendapatan sebelum, selama dan setelah puncak inflasi. Hal tersebut disebabkan harga jual dan biaya usahatani yang berbeda, sebelum puncak inflasi, selama puncak inflasi dan setelah puncak inflasi. Kata Kunci : Cabai Merah, Pendapatan, Inflasi. This research aims to: (1) Describe the picture of red chili farming during the peak inflation period in Muaro Jambi Regency (2) Analyze red chili farming income before, during and after peak inflation in Muaro Jambi Regency (3) Analyze differences in red chili farming income before, during and after the peak of inflation in Muaro Jambi Regency. Using cross section primary data and secondary data from January 2022 - November 2022. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method, namely analysis of farming costs, revenue analysis, income analysis and a difference test (t-test). (1) Red chili farming has a land area of 0.25 - 1.2 Ha. Farming activities in the research area start from land processing, seed preparation, planting, fertilizing, weeding, pest control, harvesting and post-harvest. (2) The average red chili farming income before the peak of inflation was IDR. 34,643,008 per Ha/MT, during peak inflation of Rp. 94,826,317 per Ha/MT, and after peak inflation of Rp. 28,780,596 per Ha/MT. (3) There are significant differences between average income before, during and after peak inflation. This is due to different selling prices and farming costs, before the peak of inflation, during the peak of inflation and after the peak of inflation. Keyword : Red Chili, Income, Inflation.
