ABSTRACT
This research aims to determine the influence of transactional leadership style and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior at PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk Jambi Branch. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale. Data testing techniques use Normality Test, Linearity Test, Multicollinearity Test, Homoscedasticity Test and Hypothesis Testing using SPSS 25 software. The results of this research show that transactional leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment has a positive but not significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. behavior, transactional leadership and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Therefore, it is recommended that there needs to be an increase in the dimensions of affective, normative and continuous commitment. The dimension of affective commitment with the indicator of helping the company to the organization needs to be improved again because it has the lowest score among the others. Increasing organizational commitment is of course for the achievement of organizational goals.
