Abstract :
This study aims to analyze customer satisfaction with Fish Bilis Krispy Dapoer Bidoh products in Jambi City, and to analyze the performance of Bilis Fish Krispy Dapoer Bidoh products in Jambi City. How to measure productivity by using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method, and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) are used to determine the level of customer satisfaction of Bilis Fish Krispy Dapoer Bidoh in Jambi City. The data used in this study are using quantitative data types which are questionnaire data and likert scales. The level of consumer satisfaction with Bilis Fish Krispy Dapoer Bidoh products through the customer satisfaction index method or Customer Satisfaction Index obtained a value of 0.7145 (satisfied). The attributes in quadrant 1 are the top priority consisting of label and price attributes, the attributes in quadrant 2 are maintain performance, namely the taste attribute, the attributes in quadrant 3 are low priority, namely aroma, and the attributes in quadrant 4 are excessive. consisting of packaging, color and texture attributes.
