Abstract :
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa dengan lingkungan belajar sebagai variabel moderating pada mahasiswa Program Studi S1 Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Universitas Jambi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh Mahasiswa Program Studi S1 Manajemen angkatan 2019 - 2021 yang berjumlah 686 orang dengan sampel berjumlah 88 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisa data penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik deskriptif menggunakan teknik Structural Equation Model (SEM), dengan Partial Least Square (PLS) sebagai alat mengolahnya dengan menggunakan program SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi secara positif dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap lingkungan belajar mahasiswa, kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa, lingkungan belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa dan lingkungan belajar tidak dapat memoderasi pengaruh kompetensi terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Kata Kunci : Kompetensi, Prestasi Belajar, dan Lingkungan Belajar ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the influence of competence on student learning achievement with the learning environment as a moderating variable in students of the S1 Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Jambi. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this research was all students of the S1 Management Study Program class of 2019 - 2021 which amounted to 686 people with a sample of 88 people. Data were collected using questionnaires. The data analysis method of this study is descriptive statistical analysis using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) technique, with Partial Least Square (PLS) as a tool for processing it using the SmartPLS program. The results showed that competence positively and significantly affects the student learning environment, competence has a positive and significant effect on student learning achievement, the learning environment has a positive and significant effect on studentlearning achievement and The learning environment cannot moderate the influence of competence on student learning achievement.
