Abstract :
E-commerce in Indonesia experienced rapid growth starting in the 2000s. Indonesia's increasing economic growth is inseparable from the conditions of Indonesia and the world that have begun to improve from COVID-19 and the increasing development of the e-commerce business. The objectives of this study are (1) Identifying and analyzing e-commerce indicators in Indonesia; (2) Analyzing the impact of e-commerce on economic growth in Indonesia and (3) Formulating strategies that must be developed to increase the contribution of e-commerce to Indonesia's economic growth. There are there data analysis methods used in this research, namely descriptive analysis method, simultaneous panel
model and SWOT analysis method. The results showed that there was an increase in the value of all e-commerce indicators in Indonesia. The value of e-commerce transactions, ICT development index, total labor, public consumption and total investment have a direct and simultaneous impact on Indonesia's economic growth. The number of e-commerce players, the number of BTS towers and communication costs have an indirect impact on economic growth in Indonesia. Based on the results of SWOT analysis, there are eight strategies that can be done to increase the contribution of e-commerce to economic growth.
These strategies are increasing investment in logistiks infrastructure, strengthening the e?commerce market, increasing e-commerce penetration in remote areas, the e-commerce program, and increasing the number of e-commerce players.
