Pengaruh Metode Pembelajaran Everyone is a Teacher Here terhadap Hasil Belajar dalam Menganalisis Unsur-unsur Pembangun Cerpen Peserta Didik SMAN 1 Batanghari: Skripsi Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia, yang disusun oleh Resi Anggi Indah Lestari, Jurusan Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra, FKIP Universitas Jambi, Pembimbing: (I) Dr. Rustam, S.Pd., M.Hum (II) Arum Gati Ningsih, M.Pd. Kata Kunci: Metode everyone is a teacher here, hasil belajar, menganalisis cerpen Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SMAN 1 Batanghari khsusunya materi menganalisis unsur-unsur pembangun cerpen menunjukkan hasil yang belum maksimal. Salah satu metode pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan oleh guru dalam pembelajaran adalah metode pembelajaran everyone is a teacher here. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan metode pembelajaran everyone is a teacher here pada hasil belajar. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain quasi eksperimen teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling.Sampel dalam penelitian ini ada dua kelas yaitu kelas F3 sebagai kelas kontrol dam F4 sebagai kelas eksperimen. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan nilai rata-rata antara kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen berdasarkan hasil posttest kelas kontrol dengan rata-rata 72,00 dengan standar deviasi 7,810 sedangkan pada kelas eksperimen rata-rata yaitu 78,03 dengan standar deviasi 8,209. Pada uji N-Gain skor rata-rata yang didapatkan yaitu 0,5184 dan setelah di persenkan yaitu 51,8540. Hasil tersebut didapatkan berdasarkan uji prasyarat yaitu normalitas, homogenitas, kemudian dilakukan uji hipotesis dengan hasil sig 2 tailed 0,015 artinya kurang dari 0,05 yang menunjukkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Berdasarkan metode pembelajaran everyone is a teacher here menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan metode pembelajaran everyone is a teacher here pada materi menganalisis unsur-unsur pembangun cerpen. Keywords: Everyone is a teacher here method, learning outcomes, analyzing short stories Learning Indonesian at SMAN 1 Batanghari, especially the material analyzing the building blocks of short stories, shows that the results are not optimal. One learning method that can be used by teachers in learning is the everyone is a teacher here learning method. This research aims to determine the effect of using the everyone is a teacher here learning method on learning outcomes. This research method uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design, a sampling technique using purposive sampling. There are two classes of samples in this research, namely class F3 as the control class and F4 as the experimental class. Data collection techniques use tests and documentation. The results of the research show that there is a difference in the average score between the control class and the experimental class based on the posttest results for the control class with an average of 72.00 with a standard deviation of 7.810, while in the experimental class the average is 78.03 with a standard deviation of 8.209. In the N-Gain test the average score obtained was 0.5184 and after percentage it was 51.8540. These results were obtained based on prerequisite tests, namely normality, homogeneity, then a hypothesis test was carried out with a sig 2 tailed result of 0.015, meaning less than 0.05, which indicates that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. Based on the everyone is a teacher here learning method, it shows that there is an influence of using the everyone is a teacher here learning method on the material of analyzing the building blocks of short stories.
