Abstract :
The purpose at this research determine the increased in student motivation and
learning outcomes by applying e-learning media. This study used classroom action
research. Subjects in the class were 34 students they are 14 male and 20 female. The
percentage of cycle 1 where the number of students who has motivated in learning is
67,64% with an average of 67,47059. Then in cycle 2, the number of motivated students
have increased to 79,41% with an average of 74,79412. And in cycle 3 also experienced
an increase with the number of motivated students by 85,30% with an average of
89,38235. In addition to increasing student learning motivation, the application of elearning
media can also improved student learning outcomes. It can be seen from cycle
1, the total percentage of students who succeed in learning is 58,83% with an average
learning outcome of 51,5. Furthermore, in cycle 2 and cycle 3 there was an increase in
learning outcomes where the percentage of students who succeeded in learning in cycle
2 was 67,64% with an average learning outcome value of 63,52206 then in cycle 3 with
a percentage of 73,52% with average the average value of learning outcomes is
74,97059.
