Abstract :
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of perceived convenience and perceived benefits on customer satisfaction for customers who use BSI mobile banking. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study are customers who use BSI mobile banking. The sample used was 73 respondents. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study prove that perceived convenience and perceived benefits affect customer satisfaction in using BSI mobile banking.
