Abstract :
The function of this research is to determine the effect of leadership style, employee motivation and organizational climate on employee job satisfaction. The object of this research is PT. Mangli Djaya Raya Bangsalsari Jember which has 150 employees in production, but in this research only used 60 sample of employees. The sampling technique is used incidental sampling which who happened meet the employees for a sampled. Data collection techniques is using questionnaires, interviews and observations and literature as well as data analysis tools using multiple linear regression. Based on the analysis of research partially, leadership style significantly influence the employee satisfaction with a beta coefficient 7,611 and sig 0,000. While partially employee motivation significantly influence the employee satisfaction with a beta coefficient 3,944 and sig 0,000. And partially organizational climate signifantly influence the employee satisfaction with a beta coefficient 3,435 and sig 0,001 and simultaneously leadership style, employee motivation and organizational climate significantly influence employee satisfaction with a beta coefficient 67,541 and sig 0,000 as well as the most dominant variable influence is leadership style with coefficient 7,611.
