Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Leadership Style and Culture Working Against Employees At Work Discipline Office of Public Works Coordinator Irrigation Irrigation Water Exploitation Bangorejo Territory Banyuwangi. The population in this study are all employees of 31 people the Office of Public Works Coordinator Irrigation Irrigation Water Exploitation Bangorejo Territory Banyuwangi. The data collected are primary data with census method by distributing questionnaires as many as 31 employees as respondents . Results of the study indicated that the leadership style and work culture significantly influence employee discipline . The most dominant variable effect on employee discipline is the leadership style variable that is equal to 0.216 . In this study examined how much influence the leadership style ( X1 ) and Work Culture ( X2) on the Work Discipline Employees ( Y ) .
