Abstract :
This study aims to know the influence of ROE , DOL , the firm size and business risk to DER in mining companies that enrolled in bei of 2010 to 2015. Population in this research is all companies enrolled in the indonesia stock exchange ( BEI ) by 2010 s/d 2015 which consisted of 41 company , a method of sampling applied is the method purposive sampling , mining companies that meet the criteria to be sample is 25 company that moves in mining .Values with 5 variable .Instrument the analysis used is regression analysis linear multiple. The results of the study: 1) Shows that there are influence ROE , significant to DER mining companies that enrolled in BEI 2010-2015 to the direction of negative; 2) Dol and risks business influential not significantly to DER mining companies that enrolled in bei 2010-2015 to the direction of negative and the firm size influential not significantly to DER mining companies that enrolled in BEI 2010-2015 with a positive direction.
