Abstract :
This research wasconducted to know the effect of compensation and motivation on the employee?s enthuisiasm in working. The population that used in this reserch is about 74 there all of employees by using cencus method. The analsis. From the result of hypotesis partially ( t test ) show the result are positive effect of compensation and significant on the employees enthuisasm in working. Ini addition, motivation variable has also positive effect on the employees enthuisasm in working. The result of testing simultaneously ( f test ) show that both of variable compensation and motivation have positive effect on the employees enthuisasm in working
