Abstract :
This research was aiming know the influence of style leadership to work performance employees at pt .Cement puger jaya raya sentosa .Population in research this is all all permanent workers PT. Cement puger jaya raya sentosa which consisted of 57 employees , this research in a research of the population (census) the research conducted to scrutinize all element of the population. So samples to this research is 57 employees .Values with 4 variable .Instrument the analysis used is regression analysis linear multiple .The results of the study: 1) shows that there are influence style leadership transformational , style leadership demokatis and the force leadership transaksional in partial have had a positive impact and significantly to work performance employees at pt .Cement puger jaya raya sentosa; 2 ) Shows that any impact leadership transformational style , style demokatis leadership and style leadership transaksional simultaneously influential positive and significantly to work performance an employee at PT. Cement puger jaya highway prosperity .
