Abstract :
Preeclampsia in loss of taste that can cause emotional distress to the mother and leave a deep sense of loss that anxiety. This study aims to carry out nursing care for preeclampsia G3P2A0 mothers with anxiety problems. The preparation of this final scientific paper uses a case study on preeclampsia mothers with care starting from the assessment stage, nursing diagnosis, intervention, implementation and evaluation. The results of the study indicate that the client's assessment experiences anxiety. The diagnosis increases the priority of anxiety related to failure to experience failure characterized by anxiety and worry because she is still 29 weeks pregnant for giving birth to a dissertation on high blood pressure in her second pregnancy with a premature baby; general condition: looks restless; pale face; clients have trouble sleeping; blood pressure: 160/100 mmHg; pulse: 78x/minute; breathing: 24x/minute. The intervention given is a reduction given with requirements based on the criteria for adaptation to anxiety. Implementation is carried out in one day starting from assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation and evaluation. The evaluation shows that the outcome criteria have not been met. Therefore, nurses are expected to be able to carry out anxiety management through interventions carried out in accordance with Indonesian standards.
